The German skincare specialist Babor has grown organically over the years, leading to an increasingly confusing portfolio and distribution channels.
Ask
Find a way to bring the different brand worlds within the Babor portfolio together in a manifesto film which will be the fundament to roll out the new rebranding on a global level without losing the trust of the loyal consumers.


Idea
By mixing the emotions of enjoying ice cream with those from binging or gaming, we show how Magnum and Ben & Jerry's can take your time spent on the couch to the next level.
Modular approach
Via multiple swappable components (product, living room, person(s) on the couch and copy) we manage to create a large variety of scenarios for consumers to engage with.
Idea
A brand universe was born, which hosts all brand worlds, incl. Doctor Babor, who live in symbiose which each other. This serves as the fundament for a balanced multi-channel expansion approach, globally.
Representing the brand’s values, heritage and visual distinctive presence per brand as key building blocks helped to make the premium skincare brand future proof.
